It all sounds great - but how are you?
We developed Sound Check-Ins for the moments between sound check and show time. For when you're feeling the fear, doubt kicks in, anxiety is high, and stage fright shows up. For the times tension and conflict is high in the dressing room.

Sound Check-Ins are quick 30-minute pre-gig wellbeing check-ins
with a mental health professional. Dedicated time to regulate, so you can smash your performance.
Sound Check-Ins are available for individual artists, crew, and bands.

Available before gigs (outside of traditional support services' opening hours), because a musician's working hours aren't 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Post-gig, after load out, can be a challenging time. A long dark drive home, service station sandwiches, and if you're not driving, there might be post-gig booze to come down from it all. You're on your commute home whilst the rest of the world is sleeping. Maybe you're heading to yet another faceless hotel room.
Whether you're buzzing from a good gig, or reeling from a bad one, there can be big feelings, and you're often alone (or feel alone).

Take A Load Off sessions are supportive post-gig wellbeing check-ins. An opportunity for you to debrief, express and manage how you're feeling with someone who gets it, so you can rest easy.
